Oh Gosh, I totally miss writing, Its been what? few months already I haven't logged in here. what got me started now again? Well... I was practically doing nothing, so I decided to open up my blog and read through all of my past post's. Then suddenly while strolling on each piece and reading them, the cloud pop out floating above my head and states "Wow! my inceptions were true enough a dreary life which I lead the past a year or two."

Then I look around me, thinking, and thinking, and thinking over and over again. This world has many beautiful surrounding as we watch, is just that we don't open our eyes wide enough to actually see it OR beautiful is just not enough. of course it is also filled with misery around us where we ought to run away from. But then again situations like this we tend to block it from our life and pretend that nothing had ever happened, so we continue with our lives? But wouldn't that be cheating ourselves? or come hunting back someday? *Paused*

Being Beautiful and tribulations are indeed two separate elements as we all know and is a must occur in every lives. This reminded me of someone who made a statement of a certain individual couple of days back. She said "omg, she's so pretty, she has the height, the body,and look her face is glowing and happy always, I bet she has a perfect life!". Well I'm not gonna lie that she is Miss Perfect but in the OUTSIDE, you know nothing about her, how could you judge everything by just her appearance? this is where I find many people make a mistake in contemplations one after another. True enough this individual who apparently LOOKS perfect, is no perfect life she's leading. Her true world is filled with melancholy and in great pain. I call her the 'Damsel of Distress'. After a long chat with her, such a overwhelming story I must say.

"No one's perfect", we hear this sentence all the time, seems easy to understand, and we think we understand but in reality we DON'T! we tend to be in denial state of mind. we say "No! I want to be perfect in everything I do, and lead a perfect life. I want what I want!". Perfection out of ten maybe four or five is accomplished depending on your effort or where you take things to next level. read this 'how much effort you give don't count because it did not prevailed, back to zero'. Don't stop that hard-work, keep on trying even theres no results after a hundred try, never to give up. Because that hundred try is actually an important knowledge you will need for the next hundred and one try, trust me, it will pay off!

What am I confused with?

I'm always confused with everything thats around me all the time. I'm in total shocked as well as confused again about the repetition in my life. the same shit i go through every single day. The same daily chores. The same work. The same walkabout's. The same people I meet. The same 'loneliness' i feel everyday. Theres not one thing that is different! why isn't there any changes and progress in me and in my life? maybe I'm responsible for that, it's my own action i guess. maybe i don't make any sort of effort in changing. Or maybe is a test and all this is just for a while, its parts and particles of life just like everybody said. But to think of it, I have a steady life and an independent woman especially from where I come from...

Maybe It's not enough. I'm still confused!

Dare To Fail

Anguish circulated me. But to my surprise, I was actually really happy that it is over, felt the burden is totally dispersed. But the same time my name is tarnished for no apparent reason, what did i do? I'm pretty sure that whatever move i make is never meant to hurt anyone. sometimes i do think, isit me being so naive all the time could be the best advantage for someone else? I'm sure thats the main reason. the other is that, I put both foot in right away, which is a super wrong move. I should have just put one foot in first to test, learn, then take the next maneuver.

I'm not only gonna talk about myself, but this very post is dedicated to all who had or going through the same situation of being a scapegoat, and got used all the time for being nice. This topic goes well within relationships. doesn't matter for couples, friends or family.

Three words "DARE TO FAIL". To have loved and failed is better than never to have loved at all.

point to be noted :-

A Man and woman are two separate and different human beings! If we expect our spouse or girlfriend/boyfriend to think and feel like us, to be the same as us, from day one we would be heading for the "rocks" in our relationship.

Be strong and positive even u were to let down and mocked every time! If you are not, it will be the most stupidest step you will ever make, regrets will come dwelling all over you, it will eat you alive and foremost the feeling and deleterious thoughts in you of the other party is having a blast leaving you in total misery. AND YOU DONT WANT THAT TO HAPPEN DONT YA?!

There is so much to learn from a failed love affair then from a successful one! Just as you can learn so much from a fail venture, you too can learn a lot from a failed relationship. One day you may look back and thank God for those failed relationships. And you will realise that good times, bad times and all times pass over.

Many people rush into relationships for various reasons. One reason is that they feel lonely and therefore need a partner, In fact I was one of them. But remember that loneliness can still occur even when you have a partner. There are many people who have many friends and yet they feel lonely inside. Everything comes within you. Well, if you are meant to be by yourself without a partner, It is absolutely all right. Do not force or to be forced to be in a relationship unless you find a real good reason.

One of the laws that affects one's happiness is the "Social and Moral" laws. The main culprite which affects a lot of people's happiness. Its interesting to note that this culprit is not even written at all. It's just and "unspoken law" or perception set by a particular society or community in which one live in. A good example would be marriage. Who says one must be married? who says a woman must have a baby? who says a woman must be married by such and such age? who says a man must go out and work? is there anything wrong being a house husband?

The list can go on and on. countless of social and moral laws are unwritten but they are the causes of a lot of unhappiness in many people's life. As far as I am concerned, to HELL with them! I am here to live my own life. It's our lives not theirs! And if you analyse them carefully, most of these social and moral laws don't have much fundamental basis at all! So why let them affect your happiness? life already has enough of its problems.

I hope this few tips could help a lot of people out there, who may facing the same problem that i did. A good example from the book "Dare to Fail" by Billi Lim, chapter 8. these few tips from there that got me in deep realization about relationship.

today I was running through my hardisk to dispose some unwanted files. As I was looking several pictures of myself then there is this dispirited photo of mine which i never made used of it yet. Basically this totally exalted me to create a poster based on the expression.

To be very honest, this poster reflects me plenteously. I cannot express myself through communication, I'm bad at words when comes to talking and is a problem I'm facing for a very long time now. so alternatively I write. I may be the person who cant talk for nuts (you will be surprise) but I rather jot it down, or express through my artworks and photos. Is the only way I'm confident to circulate myself, Thank God for this substitute I have, and I must make full use of it rather then just the normal stuff for this artistic gift. And yes I always lived in fear, it never scrubbed away. But every time a certain scare arises, I find a way to dismiss it by doing something i really enjoy. It will fade away but not for long, it terrorize back, and it never ends till this very day.

Anna is undoubtedly always in her daze.

She takes notice about everything she espy, and browbeats to me so I can write in my very own blog. I have no choice, with all my chocolates she held hostage with.There I said it!

Anna :Ooops, I accidently dropped One bar of Van Houtten and step on it, is all smashed! sorry... NOT!!!

JtV : Oh noo ANNA!!! but I ain't lying... is so true, you bossed to me about everything that is happening every single day, infact, some of them don't make sense at all. the best part, you ask me to write about it.

Anna : If you think some of them don't make sense, how come you're still bearing with it, and from what I have seen, you are definitely interested even thou it's dumb! Well thats the whole point, people these days often take the torpid stories and get more excited over it rather then telling the sob boring story. Common... that tele series you watch every weekend, ehh...what is it called again? oh yea... Gossip Girls, totally prosaic but people like you are drawn into that show! imagine, the slightest thing happen in your daily life, could actually be interesting, instead of just miming in yourself, tell the whole world!

Anna is obviously a girl, twenty years of age. A girl that I'm not lying at first, she is who she is, an insane mortal i have ever came across with! you can never know what she is the very next, she's that random. But I have to admit she's has such wonderful features, her face glows just like we see in all Disney princesses with a warm ruddy color of cheeks and it's free from any pigments or whatsoever. and her long wavy bewitching brunette hair so mesmerizing. Ohhhh her eyes, what dazzling big green eyes she has that can make anyone at possessed. She knows how to dress right for any occasion, and she knows to be how to be messy at times, her mood swings swarms along with her fashion. But I must say she dont have the height, but she has the legs like any girl wants.

She has the beauty with no brains. Blur most of the time and Oh my... Argues like the world is coming to an end. shes full of curiosity, is a good thing but in this case, her questions is such that it makes you gawk back at her. Apart from all that, She's a wonderful friend to be, with all that stupidity she makes people around her laugh all the time, she's full of merriment wherever she goes everyone seems to adore her. Anna makes her living through painting and yes she is an artist by profession, her forte is abstract art which she is most acclaimed from.

Here I bring you the story of Anna, A girl that seems a bitch but in reality not, tells you the bizarre journey she collides from a day, people who she meets seems ridiculous to her not knowing she's one too! And you sure to expect some randomness through her absurd story.

The uneasiness kicked in this morning, because I finally came in a total state of mind that my B.T results are out today and gosh, I'm feeling so agitated about it. I just hope everything will be alright but for some reason, I have this bad feeling, I might find something new about myself today.

Drilling Pearl

I was capturing some of our jewelry items in the photography room back in the office, then suddenly one of our worker needed to use the room to drill some pearls. I was a little reluctant for him to use the room seen's I'm the kind who's easily be distracted especially when this drill is way too earsplitting. It may look small to you but don't judge the book by it's cover babehh! wait until you hit the ON button! Booming all the way! But the way he came rushing to the room, he definite look like he's in hurry to make these pearls quick. I asked him "do you need to do this immediately?" he said "Yes, The Customer is waiting, and she needs it in a hours time". So i had no choice but to let him use the room, And I had to be in the room and listen to that crashing sound, my freaking dateline is today! Anyways I was thankful that I was done with my shots, released the camera from the tripod and wanting to run away from the room as soon as possible. Suddenly I was looking at the camera and the guy drilling the pearl back and forth...

Hell Yeah.... I went "Kachakkk... Kachaakkk... Kachaaakkk..."

Anna's Story: No Coffee, No Work!

"Hey Adam, aren't you suppose to be at work, like an hr ago?"

It was like any other day, the usual routine, wayfaring towards Miffin's Café early in the morning, a nice hot cup of Latté will roused me from utter sluggishness. As I entered the café the line was unbelievably long as always, well is not like I don't go through it everyday, I just wish if there is a day where i don't have to be suspended like this for a freaking cup of latté! Gosh... I whine too much, I know the fact that how much I complain about situation like this, is still not gonna change, pointless, because This place manage to escape with luck for excellency in their coffee.

while queuing at this not so wondrous line at the counter, someone stormed into the café like a hooligan from the sound of it, in my mind instantly spoken "Hooray speedo! only if you can cut the queue" so I tilt my head back, It was Adam all dressed up with his working suit and holding a suitcase same time looking all messed up. "Adam! what the hell are you doing here?" I know is a ridiculous question to ask at that moment. His face looked puzzled with my question but with an assuring ease he answered, "well lets see... I needed a haircut and a shave, you too came in for a hairdo? Jesus Anna! what you think I would be doing here... in a coffee shop?" I smirked back jestingly and gave each other a peck of kiss on the cheeks.

"Hey Adam, aren't you suppose to be at work, like an hr ago?" its a confirm he's late for work, he always is, sometimes I wonder how he manage to get away even without a warning letter or something. " Yes I am freaggin late! Once again I did not manage to get my buttocks up from bed! Knowingly I have like an important meeting right now! I'm sooo busted later!" I was dwelling in confusion when he made that statement. c'mon if you are late then why be stuck in a café with a long queue, you should be flying to the office right away and attend that meeting, I know I would. " then why are you here the first place? if it's that important, why don't you head to the office first, instead of wasting your time when is pack with mobs.". I know this café like the back of my hand, the service here is really tardy I seriously don't think he will able to make it for his meeting. Adam was less bothered, he told me that he needs his double espresso every morning before heading to work. "No coffee, No work!" .

OK... now I'm so aghast with those words.

Some weirdo! you're telling me that if don't have coffee, you ain't working? Make sure that double espresso is ready on hand, you need all the energy when your boss says "ADAM...,YOU'RE FIRED!!!"

I was such in an excited state yesterday when the Canon EOS 300D is resting in my bare hands, hmmm.... verily, its with me for sometime now, but I only used it for the jewelry shots so far. I loved photography seen's I started learning the sub, camera is the most coolest device ever been invented, instantly record any images you see through your eyes and you're pretty sure is not gonna be vanished in a blink of a second!

Seriously, I'm yacking away is because I'm stirred emotionally over the top when comes to photography, well, lets cut to the chase, the factuality is that I'm still an amateur in photography, it's because I never caught hold of the DSLR for ages now ( I'm so hoping to get my Nikon D90! need to save up). Basically I'm trying to be on track now to handle this gadget.

(*Shhsssshhhh.....* my superior's was not in the office so I secretly smuggled the camera for other snapshot purposes! To practice white theft for the moment!)

A makeover. Once again!!!

As you all know the last post was bragging about my new hair style! but after like 5 days i got totally bored with it and irritated because my baby hair grew and is more visible (natural hair is curly btw) it kinda look a little awkward with the curls on top and straight down, i have to iron it every now and then, extremely annoyed with it. Then Something provoked me! I headed down to the hairdresser once again, this time i ask him "I want all the straight hair out!" he told is going to be really short if i didn't mind , i was like heck , just dislodge it and back to curls!

Finally cut my hair, was in such anxiety to chop my mournful hair! but as for this time i lurve the hairstyle on me, I feel It's utterly pleasant. Seen's I have a pretty long face which definitely never corresponded with the long hair I had before ( I just simply look messed up!). This hair do is remarked positively "well... so far."

Catastrophic Job with no reckoning!

I'm about to get into a rage of battle with my employer's who's just being so iniquitous towards me at work. I was so anticipated yesterday as I'm about to get my salary wishing there will be an extra crown for what i have done throughout the month seen's i have been doing things from out of the box and received great satisfactory. In fact my dear boss did mentioned about the raise they had stored for me! thats not it..., yesterday, the accounts called me in the room to collect my wage... i'm not very fond with this accountant, he's always looking so intense and serious, theres not one time I ever seen him with a frown-less face ( I call him a frowner!) Anyways, before the cash was handover to me, a piece of paper was given, it was the punch card record for the month (the usual stuff.) I know it's normal because every month I'm given this paper for verifications on the working hours and day, but this time i wanted to focus the overtime column as this is the first time i literally worked extra hours for the month. It stated there :-

total overtime hours : 23h 34m.

Total Paid for overtime : 0!

Fuck!!! My heart crashed within an instant! I asked the accountant, "How come my OT is not reckon?" with the frowning face again he said "we don't pay OT". I was furious inside, but i just let it go because i know is not up to him to decide for the staff wages. I counted the cash, signed and left the room with a melancholy. If i knew about this, I wont plainly be mad regarding this issue, instead i will always be prepared, but the thing is that, i was told during the day of the interview that Overtime would be cast. but when is time I finally exert those extra hours, is all down to the drain! You must be engrossed ], "ok this gurl is a little nuts!" theres many campaigns out there with the Go Green thanggg, but never literally heard of going green with your skin!

Truthfully saying, I am certain, undisputable right when typing those words on the title for this blog, I find its a perfect title for this particular subject im gonna share with you guys, *Blurr?* neways, GO GREEN ON YOUR SKIN WITH GREEN TEA! *you are so Puzzleddd...*

you must be bewildered or stumped, or probably you're thinking "I ain't applying edible stuff on my face, it's just a waste of teabags!"(That is what exactly my boyfriend slams at me each time i start my facial routine!). Trust me u better demit all this I call "gibberish presumptions". dont noe the fact? don't worry, JtV is here!

All the info below is certified years of years of research by scientist till today (Whoooohhhh...!)

Natural Green Tea facial scrub / Toner
A natural facial scrub that will detoxify,exfoliate and soften your skin.
Ingredients
Green tea - Green Tea is naturally high in antioxidants wich protect the skin from free radicals.Clinically proven to protect,improve and repair skin.It has firming power and has soothing effects.Can be used to delay ageing,treat acne . protect and cleanse the skin.
Sugar - Sugar produces glycolic acid; a natural alpha hydroxy acid that exfoliates the skin .Sugar not only makes a great exfoliater but has the power to soften the skin.It contains Glycerin wich has softening effects and brightens the complexion.
Measurements
Green Tea - 1 Tea bag or 1 Table spoon of tea leaves
Sugar - 3 Table spoons (white)
Instructions
Boil half a cup of water and brew the tea until ready.
in a small bowel put 2 table spoons of sugar
mix in a spoon full of tea with the sugar
add one more spoon full of sugar
the misxture should now be not too watery and not too thick
using a cotton swab apply the mixture to face and using only fingers gently exfoliate in an upwards motion.
exfoliate for 2-3 min.
rinse and pat face dry
using a clean cotton swab and what is left of the unsweetend tea,apply the tea to face as a toner.
WARNINGS/Tips
if allergic to any of the ingredients please,do not try
if your face turns red dont panic. it is normal only due to the exfoliating.it will go away in a minute or two.
sugar is ruff and your skin is sensitive PLEASE! BE VERY VERY GENTLE WHEN EXFOLIATING!
for best effects keep tea luke warm
The scrub can be used 2-3 times a week and the toner as much as needed.

It's been really hard these days, juggling with work and coping up seems stagnant. But I must be stark thus all the situation at work, and I believe its a heavy test that is habituated upon me.

Bare in mind is not only work i find my self unyielding to pressure with, it's definite the kind of life I'm living with, almost impenetrable! and yes I am not happy (for now.) there's so much to say, so much to manifest and to reveal, but.... yet no one listens and try to penetrate into their heart and mind and to actually grasp what I'm trying to convey!

It is hard, especially they are supposingly your loved ones.

Yeap thats rite! U can actually make ur own lip gloss at home! its super easy and super safe!

How did i started and got this whole idea?

Basically i have really dry and chapped lips, it looks bad and feels bad at the same time. tried many chapped sticks ( even Vaseline ) but the results were not satisfying at all...

Then I was actually going through some skin care research via online and I came accross with some videos, then one cought my eyes of "homemade lip gloss!" I was so eager to know and did more studying on it, was really amaze with the results that i actually found.

Its so natural and you actually noe what really contains in ur lip gloss without any doubts! If you are prone to chapped lips you will love making your own homemade lip gloss because you can add just the right ingredients in amounts that are perfect for your lips.

A good lip gloss can very expensive and often you do not get very much more your money. Learning how to make homemade lip gloss will not only save you money but it will you give the opportunity to make a lip gloss that is unique and perfect for you.

Select Your Base

Most home made lip gloss recipes begin with a base of either Vaseline or Beeswax. If you are looking for extra moisture you will want to use Vaseline or petroleum jelly. When you're just learning how to make lip gloss, Vaseline is a good start; it is not simple to use, and unlike beeswax, it doesn't require any additional equipment. Vaseline and beeswax will give you a slippery smooth lip gloss. A beeswax base will make a lip gloss that is firmer and more of a lip balm. It offers excellent protection from the sun, wind and weather. But seens i have Vaseline at home, i use that instead!

Next - Get Creative!

Using Vaseline or beeswax as your base, add ingredients for flavor, extra moisture, aroma or whatever you want to try to turn a generic homemade lip gloss into a one of a kind for you. Here are a few recipes to get you started.

Here is a Really Easy Homemade Lip Gloss Recipe

Honey Lip Balm

1 tsp Vaseline / beeswax
1 tsp of honey
2 tsp almond oil

Melt the Vaseline / beeswax in the microwave. Heat the ingredients in small increments of time so as not to overheat. Combine ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to blend completely. Pour into a small pot and let cool until set.

Mint Lip Gloss

Melt 1 Tablespoon of Vaseline or petroleum jelly in the microwave as in previous recipe. Add 2-3 drops of peppermint to taste. Pour in pot. Let cool and set.

Other ingredients to try:

Cocoa powder
Flavored Drink Crystals
Kool-Aid
Sweet Almond Oil
Peppermint Essential Oil
Coconut Oil
Vitamin E
Crushed Rose Petals
Aloe Vera

Adding oil base ingredients will add moisturizing properties to your home made lip gloss. Vitamin E and Aloe Vera will promote healing and add anti-inflammatory properties. Mix up a lip gloss that is exactly what you need right now. You can always make something different next time!

So far i have tried cocoa powder, sweet almond oil and aloe vera! Love it so much, in fact i stop buying expensive lip gloss out there! now totally love my lips!

U guys must be thinking " what a waste! ".Its not at all if u want ur skin to be perfect! imagine not only u consume the delicious chocolate but u able to apply it as well, ur skin will look even more yummier... how cool aint it?! (By the way... Im a Chocoholic!)

This chocolate face mask recipe is an excellent moisturizer that leaves your skin soft and glowing.

before I give u the ingredient, i definitely would like to brief on the containing in chocolate and how is it related to the skin :-

Known about since the times of the Mayas and the Aztecs, chocolate has a special place in our nutrition. It is filled with tryptophan, an essential amino acid that is a precursor of serotonin, neurotransmitter that is thought to regulate mood.Recently, a very popular massage offered in beauty salons is chocolate massage. It is one of the most gentle and relaxing

available. Not only is it beneficial to the skin, it helps stabilize your mood by initiating serotonin release. It is very rejuvenating and helps you feel more at peace, happy, and relaxed.I have also heard of chocolate body wax, similar to honey based honey wax. What makes it effective is sugar present in it, that makes it sticky and able to adhere to hairs. Due to fatty acids present in cocoa, the skin becomes soft and nourished.Cocoa powder, which is what chocolate is made of, is a wonderful and powerful antioxidant. Mix all the ingredient until the mass in consistent. Apply on the face, gently massaging it so that oatmeal can start exfoliating the dead skin cell layer. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.

there is a reason oatmeal and honey are added to this mix. This is a poem i recently wrote for one of Borneo Pearls chunky necklace set.... Basically I was given this particular necklace and assign to create a story or a poetry out of it and it has to do something relevant to Borneo!

The research

started right away my research and Baram river cought my eye, is the perfect river element for this necklace!

The Baram river is a river in Sarawak, East Malaysia on the island of Borneo. The river originates in the central Iran Mountains and flows westwards through tropical rainforest to the South China Sea.The river basin has been part of Sarawak since it was ceded to the White Rajah of Sarawak by the then sultan of Brunei in 1882.

New Home

Finally will be shifting to my new place soon! its been 5 months or so im working here in Jalan Ipoh and been travelling back and forth home to Subang! That is like 2 hrs ++ (one way only) with the heavy traffic. My friends and family are kinda surprise on how I can deal with this every single day! haha i think after a while im kinda used to it even is as tiring as HELL!!!tsk...tsk..!

What new home?

Oohhh this is my fav part to elaborate! Bassically My biggy Boss "Jack" decided to buy the new condo that is right opposite the office! he was thinking it will be well use for us ( me and my other working mate!). All we need is to pay a little rent and Walah!!! he was so kind enough to actually provide the furniture as well for the whole condo, of course theres a budget and we have to stick within it!

This condo is absolutely fantastic is actually a new development by Benetton properties call "Viva Residency" . and best part of all is downstairs by the lobby, they have a nice bar and snooker for hangout , 7 eleven and many more to come, I heard Guardian pharmacy, banks, etc....!

The Prayer

An emotional one today...

Its been two months past seens a weekly prayer is held at the office, normally during the Fridays! most of u guys must be wondering "Huh?! Prayer at the office?" . Let me come straight here. Basically im working for Punjabi as well the biggy boss and the manager are all Punjabi... (haha lucky me....hmmmm?) but thank god they are different from the rest, rather open minded!

Apparently one fine day they decided to do "Japji Sahib" (morning prayer) every Friday! today I was a little late, thanks to KL traffic! but i manage to join the prayers... out of sudden while reciting my prayer, I just wept non stop which i don't normally do... my inner voice were telling "Jas stop crying, its embarrassing, everyone is here!" Oh no, it wouldn't stop, i became so emotional as if im letting out all my heavy burdens out of the blue!

Maybe the prayer today did affect me some how or rather, theres was too many things in mind and all jumble up! But as soon as the prayer was over (approx 15 min later) i literary stop weeping right away! took my blessings and walk out straight to the pantry and was wondering "What was all that about?!"

But then again after all was over i felt as if all my grief and sorrow was thrown away and i felt extremely free and the joy double up! for some reason now im feeling overwhelmed Im now practically a happy frame of mind!

So I went for the interview and GUESS WHAT!!! I got the Job! More excited when the main office is in Singapore and time to time i will go there for meeting clients and such... So it's good first job for me I guess.

ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS ALREADY...

It's been two weeks already working here and proud to say im deeply happy and excited...
Ive been working for Singapore corporates, Petronas and MIA. It's interesting when u actually get to work for such major clients... working of course is always been tiring and late hrs... But what to doooo... HAVE TO WORK! then no pocket money!

Ohh... my aim now is to get a phone by Blackberry storm... I really cant wait.. so while waiting i made an AD for the blackberry :-

My Precious first car!

Wohoooooooooo... my new car! Its awesome, I finally got my new and first car! How cool is that...

well it's the new Proton Saga ( Proton?? aiya.. is ok la for your very first car.. My budget la Dorg!)

I almost did a huge mistake by geting the perodua Viva.. but when checked this out it was like WAY MUCH BETTER AND BIGGER too. So excited after waiting for two freaking months... finallyI got it!

Here are list of my Finally's after getting a new car :-

1) get to go anywhere I wanna
2) I dont have to take the freaking busses
3) I dont have crowd and stand in the bus (hish....)
4) I dont to jump in to ppl car to go where I wanna (totally no freedom)
5) Im able to enjoy whatever music I wanna
6) Blast the stereo
8) meet my frens ANYTIME!
9) travel to far places when i feel like!
10) Be a BOSS of my own car!

well that is at least my top 10 Finally's after getting a new car.. I bet u guys must be wondering.... ( Jas has been suffering without a Car!) yep u gotcha! It's been super hard for me for this years without my own transport.. I used public transportation all the time like the Bus u noe! just to get back i need 3 busses and approx to reach of 3 freaking hrs! Not only all that... my frens always call me to go out at night or something.. it's like real hard.. I cant fucking go anywhere at nite without a car! I think one of the reasons makes me anti social apart from seeing them in college! Real suck bad!

But now everythings change.. I got my... I got my finally's that I have been dream of AND I have got my car once again FINALLY!

Shoot... Im bragging to much........ I guess It's common for everyone to owned their very first car so what the HECK! I dont give shit!

I noe I've been gone for a long...long time...
what can I say early this year was tight for me in college...

Bassically it was my finals.. can't afford to be free anytime there...
see my reason.. totally SOLID!

It's been a rough time for me these few months but now im ready and new to go on!

I was struggling with my finals and it's been hard i mean REAL HARD!

But what the heck! Im done with all that... difficult has passed and now even extreme real deal is about to start! Dont get it? daa working life!
anyways Im back now seens nothing to do much..hopefully with more interesting stuff yet to come on my next post.. and new things has change within this past few months. U will be surprise!

My apology to all my readers out there anxious waiting for my next post.. I noe I've not been blogging for Long...long....long....long TIME! haiyaaahhh wat to do! i finish working then go home for two freeking weeks and my f***ing computer had worms all over!

Sorry for not blogging so long my stupid internet connection at home is literary killing me!

Walauwei the way im blogging here is like I'm saying goodbye to GREY forever! But as for the fact is that I'm definate to join there back after I graduate from my college that is PJCAD (pj College of Art and Design).
Still also... the amount of stress in GREY was ridiculous and hideous, I'm still gonna miss there.. this 3 months literary made me comfortable and kinda used to working in GREY, so thats what made me to go back..

What was like in Grey!

This 3 months GREY was like my second home to me. I spend most of my time there then home and it was fun eventhou it is stressfull sometimes... but eventually I kinda get immune to it and never complain anymore ( well... at least for the last 2 months! haha...)

Anyways.. the first month there I was under the team which led by the Creative Director A.k.a CD. of course in the Creative department. during that time the Megasales was on. and seens The Curve is one of Grey account, the job was given to us! I had to do the leaflet as well as the poster stand. I was so happy in this project.. U wanna noe why? my designs was selected over the Art Directors(i think i mentioned in my other blog!) so it was like Yihoooo to me!!

Come to the second month.. I was posted to the Traffic department.. ok i have to say it there was awfull but the ppl was nice unlike Creative.. I could go home early as well.. What i mean by awfull?? the workload of course! they made me do filing for all the job requisition from Jan 2008 till August... trust me one month of filing is good enough to be a killer...

Then the third month which is the last month of me working here! they relocate me back to creative. Seriously it was a above the killing month for me! remember the Mutiara Damansara pitch project? that was what i did for the whole month.. I had to work on saturday and sunday as well pluss working till late! Brainstorming and brainstorming and MORE brainstorming...... to do! but it was fun and alot of learning experience for me!

Anyways i still love working there and missing grey sooooo much....

"MD" The PITCH Campaign (TENSED...)

I can't help blogging, or no it will be incomplete... It's like addicted edi men! hahaha

Here am I...

Im so exhausted by this new campaign project now!

Serious shit this campaign is no joke, as our client is Mutiara Damansara. U noe, The curve, Ikano and Cineleisure will be united and stuff..

WORST part of all is a PITCH!

Meaning for this campaign its gonna be a competition by 5 other agency as well fighting for the Mutiara Damansara Account. So u can imagine how much amount of workload and tensed there is!

Task...

Well the task at hand is to position Mutiara Damansara a.k.a "MD" as communities meeting place with the 3 entities namely The Curve, Cineleisure & Ikano. While the 3 entities will still continue with their individual ads, the purpose of this to find a common look, feel & messaging when this 3 entities combined in a normal promotion e.g Malaysia Mega Sale. Long term objectives is to create a positioning that encompasses the idea of Mutiara Damansara.

The Objective of this is to Launch "MD" as a number "1 Brand Destination" consisting of 3 entities:-

# The Curve ( fashion & food)
# Cineleisure (entertainment & youth park)
# IKANO Power Centre ( home furnishing & family)

and also to position "MD" as a destination where you are able to find everything that you need without traveling too far away from home. Basically is a township by it's own, from F&B, fashion, entertainment, bookstore/shop, park, home furnishing.

basically what we have to deliver 6 campaign for next year which include the teaser& launch, family treasure hunt, merdeka, hari raya, Christmas and New year. So you noe what I mean... it's hell lot of work there to come up within a week! its because we are assigned to come up with:-

* Launch Concept & Message
* Print Ad
* Radio
* Outdoor Billboard
* BTL: Bunting, Outdoor Banner, Poster, Carpark Boomgate, Outdoor road directional,
Signage, Mall directory leaflet, Mail directory signage standee.

How the HELL are we gonna do this in Limited time!!!

What to do? have to do rite! theres no way escaping from this. Well I must say, it will be a good opportunity for me, I'm innit, and learning many things in the advertising life! Just need to drive myself a high motivation to do this..

This is a poem by some very young African kid. Yesterday me and Melvin was chating with Unc Dennis, and he actually told us this poem, well at the begining I was like what the hell is this, the English was totally out and of course is maybe writen by some 7 yr old kid maybe? But then towards the end, that one sentence really bLEW me and Melvin AWAY!
Imagine this little fella here has the deep insights which an adult may not have, no wonder this was nominated by UN for the best poem in 2005. YEP THATS RITE!

Aren't Whites the one who are COLORED?! And best of all in different occasions.. See look they are the ones who are talking about Blacks being colored! Bunch of DinDongs!

{TIPS} Heal Those AWFUL Menstrual Cramps

Ishhhhh.... I just got my menses last night, it really sucks u noe, especially when I have to go to work while my lower abdoment hurts badly and I mean REAL BADLY! But i will always treat myself the best remedy that will heal me on no time! dun worry Im gonna share with u Girlzz too!

first of all....

What are Menstrual Cramps?

Also known as: Dysmenorrhea

Menstrual cramps are known medically as dysmenorrhea. They typically feel like a dull pain in the lower abdomen before or during menstrual periods. The pain sometimes radiates to the low back or thigh area. Other symptoms may include nausea, loose stools, sweating, and dizziness.

There are two types of menstrual cramps: primary and secondary dysmenorrhea. Primary dysmenorrhea, which usually starts within several years after your first menstrual period, involves no physical abnormality. Hormone-like substances called prostaglandins, which are produced naturally in the body, are thought to cause these menstrual cramps and be responsible for the pain and inflammation.

Here are some recipes of old grandma remedy's on how to relieve or preventing you to get this awful period pains.

Remedy: Ginger Tea

Why it works:

Ginger contains two substances, gingerols and shagaols, that tone the muscles of the digestive tract, neutralize stomach acid and stimulate the production of digestive juices.

Ginger is often used as a general remedy to settle the stomach.

It also has numerous pain-reducing and anti-cramping compounds.

How to use it:

There are several ways to take ginger.

You can eat a piece of fresh, peeled ginger, up to a half-inch piece, four times a day, as needed.

Or you can steep a piece of fresh ginger in hot water to make tea.

Health food stores also carry crystallized ginger, where fresh ginger is infused with sugar to make a sweet yet pungent treat.

Ginger is available in powdered, tablet form as well.

What to watch out for:

Ginger can hinder your blood's ability to clot, so avoid it in the few days before and after any surgery or if you are on blood-thinning medication.

If you are suffering from morning sickness, check with your doctor before self-prescribing ginger.

Other remedies to consider:

Menstrual-Cramps Remedy: Peppermint

Why it works:

Peppermint is prized for antispasmodic and antigas properties, among other benefits.

It's also a mild stimulant, you'll often see it in tea that is labeled "refreshing" or "restorative."

This multitasking herb has a mild numbing effect as well.

How to use it:

Make tea out of one to two ounces of dried peppermint leaf and eight ounces of water.

It's also available in capsule form.

Make sure it's enteric-coated.

Buy it from a reputable health food store and read the package for dosage.

What to watch out for:

Don't use peppermint if you suffer from acid reflux.

Because peppermint relaxes the sphincter between the esophagus and the stomach, it can encourage stomach acid to flow upward, making heartburn or indigestion caused by acid reflux worse.

Menstrual-Cramps Remedy: Evening primrose oil

Why it works:

Evening primrose oil is a good source of gamma-lineolic acid (GLA), an essential fatty acid that is often found to be lacking in women who are suffering from PMS.

The body converts GLA into prostaglandins, which act like hormones to regulate certain bodily functions such as inflammation and muscle contraction.

In Europe, evening primrose oil is often used to treat the bloating, cramping and breast tenderness associated with PMS.

How to use it:

Take up to two teaspoons of evening primrose oil a day, with food.

Menstrual-Cramps Remedy: Raspberry leaf tea

Why it works:

Raspberry leaf tea has been used for many years by women to ease menstrual cramps.

Researchers believe it could be the plant's pycnogenol that helps ease uterine muscle contractions.

Raspberry leaf tea is also a traditional remedy for the discomfort associated with the third trimester of pregnancy and is used to help prepare the uterus for birth.

How to use it:

Brew a tea using dried or fresh raspberry leaves.

Allow it to steep for up to 10 minutes.

Menstrual-Cramps Remedy: Kava kava (Piper methyscticum)

Why it works:

Kava grows naturally on islands in the South Pacific.

There, it has traditionally been brewed into a beverage and served to promote a sense of calm and well-being.

It is a natural tranquilizer with none of the foggy side effects of other prescription calming agents.

It also has compounds that help relax uterine muscles.

How to use it:

Take a few drops of tincture under the tongue as needed.

What to watch out for:

There have been numerous reports of liver failure in people who take kava kava in Europe.

NOTE ***Do not use it for extended periods of time (more than one month), or at all if you have liver problems, regularly consume alcohol or are on any medication that also compromises liver function.

So I hope u girlzz out there actually use this remedy's! NO JOKE! it really works for me, especially the ginger tea for relive and Evening Primrose Oil that literary PREVENTS IT!

Some of u guys must be wondering what the hell is 'JtV', well it stands for 'JastheVamp'. (yeah.. vamp huh!) Well I'm very fond in vampires seens i was young, and did a lot of research init... seens my name is Jasreen and people been calling me by my nick which is 'Jas' ... I created myself a signature which is JastheVamp! cool huh.... I've been using this for the past, hmm.... let me see?? ermmm 7 years already.... (yep thats rite! long huh!) Gees i still remember i was in high school that time at the age of 14 yrs old and now what! I'm like turning 20 this yr! lots of my friends thinks this name is rather cool and suits me even thou my appearance is definitely not Gothic or vampirish at all! maybe its because whatever i do, for example almost all of my artwork it has related to Gothic ( I noe my lecturer are kinda fed up with it.. so wht I still receive high marks in the end! hihihihi...) infact i will make sure my finals is gonna be... YOU NOE WHAT! but with a twist there! Vampire's Myth

Vampire myths go back thousands of years and occur in almost every culture around the world. Their variety is almost endless; from red eyed monsters with green or pink hair in China to the Greek Lamia which has the upper body of a woman and the lower body of a winged serpent; from vampire foxes in Japan to a head with trailing entrails known as the Penanggalang in Malaysia.

However, the vampires we are familiar with today, although mutated by fiction and film, are largely based on Eastern European myths. The vampire myths of Europe originated in the far East, and were transported from places like China, Tibet and India with the trade caravans along the silk route to the Mediterranean. Here they spread out along the Black Sea coast to Greece, the Balkans and of course the Carpathian mountains, including Hungary and Transylvania.

Our modern concept of the vampire still retains threads, such as blood drinking, return from death, preying on humans at night, etc in common with the Eastern European myths. However many things we are familiar with; the wearing of evening clothes, capes with tall collars, turning into bats, etc are much more recent inventions.

On the other hand, many features of the old myths such as the placing of millet or poppy seeds at the gravesite in order to keep the vampire occupied all night counting seeds rather than preying on relatives, have all but disappeared from modern fiction and film.

Even among the Eastern European countries there is a large variety of vampires.

SLAVIC VAMPIRES

The Slavic people including most east Europeans from Russia to Bulgaria, Serbia to Poland, have the richest vampire folklore and legends in the world. The Slavs came from north of the Black Sea and were closely associated with the Iranians. Prior to 8th century AD they migrated north and west to where they are now.

Christianization began almost as soon as they arrived in their new homelands. But through the 9th and 10th centuries the Eastern Orthodox Church and the western Roman Church were struggling with each other for supremacy. They formally broke in 1054 AD, with the Bulgarians, Russians, and Serbians staying Orthodox, while the Poles, Czechs, and Croatians went Roman. This split caused a big difference in the development of vampire lore - the Roman church believed incorrupt bodies were saints, while the Orthodox church believed they were vampires.

The origin of Slavic vampire myths developed during 9th C as a result of conflict between pre-Christian paganism and Christianity. Christianity won out with the vampires and other pagan beliefs surviving in folklore.

Causes of vampirism included: being born with a caul, teeth, or tail, being conceived on certain days, irregular death, excommunication, improper burial rituals etc. Preventative measures included: placing a crucifix in the coffin, or blocks under the chin to prevent the body from eating the shroud, nailing clothes to coffin walls for the same reason, placing millet or poppy seeds in the grave because vampires had a fascination with counting, or piercing the body with thorns or stakes.

Evidence that a vampire was at work in the neighbourhood included: death of cattle, sheep, relatives, neighbours, exhumed bodies being in a lifelike state with new growth of the fingernails or hair, or if the body was swelled up like a drum, or there was blood on the mouth and if the corpse had a ruddy complexion.

Vampires could be destroyed by staking, decapitation (the Kashubs placed the head between the feet), burning, repeating the funeral service, holy water on the grave, exorcism.

BATS (I love bats too!)

No discussion of vampires is even thinkable without talking about bats. They are integral to the modern day concept of the vampire, but this was not always the case.

Many cultures have various myths about bats. In South America, Camazotz was a bat god of the caves living in the Bathouse of the Underworld. In Europe, bats and owls were long associated with the supernatural, mainly because they were night creatures. On the other hand, the Gypsies thought them lucky - they wore charms made of bat bones. And in England the Wakefield crest and those of some others have bats on them.

So how did bats end up becoming associated with vampires? There are only three species of vampires bats in the entire world, all of which occur in Central and South America. During the 16th century the Spanish conquistadors first came into contact with them and recognized the similarity between the feeding habits of the bats and those of their mythical vampires. It wasn't long before they began to associate bats with their vampire legends. Over the following centuries the association became stronger and was used by various people, including James Malcom Rhymer who wrote "Varney the Vampyre" in the 1840's. Stoker cemented the linkage of bats and vampires in the minds of the general public.

The forgotten

You forget to those who are missed,
But you don't forget to those who are loved,
seens its forgotten, theres no point of regretting,
because you will loose those regrets and throw it far,
then what? ending up in full of sorrow and remorse for.
all gone.

Easily to be forgotten, is who I am,
don't know why, maybe because of who I am,
or maybe of the silentness i volunteer,
without expecting compensation from anyone,
then what? I'll end up getting a sense of loss,
disappointment and full of dissatisfaction.

Sometimes It's hard to be forgotten,
especially by persons who are close from you,
but eventually you get habituated to it, and never say why.
It's been long happening, not new to it,
and your heart made of solid bricks.
I find it a hard task.

Seens it's like that for so long,
I omit or neglect unintentionally,
to leave way right behind of everyone,
I fail to think of everything surrounding me,
therefore I, to neglect willfully disregard or slight,
because Im simply forgotten.

I've known this game through a friend few years back, and now im kinda addicted to it! trust me when u guys gotta hang of this game, u guys will be all over it! This game is real fun and it had many things to do. It was like the old days playing those find the items game in those highlight magazines. And it had a puzzle in it too.
